No. This consult is based on your intake and your conversation with Dr. Kur, so there’s nothing to upload. If you’d like Dr. Kur to review imaging, our written and live second opinions include that.
No. The TMJ Video Consult is a video call only. It does not include a written report or summary.
Dr. Kur will talk through your symptoms and history and the TMJ options that may be available to you, and answer your questions. This consult doesn’t include imaging or an in-person examination, so it isn’t a diagnosis or a treatment plan. A virtual consult does not replace an in-person examination when one is medically necessary.
No. Without imaging or an exam, this consult isn’t a diagnosis. Dr. Kur can talk through your history, the options you’ve been offered, and the questions worth raising with your treating provider.
You’ll go straight to a short, secure intake, where you’ll also choose a time for your video call. Your Stripe receipt and the confirmation page both link to the intake if you want to finish it later.

All information is stored and transmitted using HIPAA-compliant systems. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. Your records will never be shared without your explicit consent.
Payment is required prior to the consultation. Services are non-refundable once the case review has begun. Missed virtual appointments may not be refunded. If you have questions before booking, please reach out. We’re happy to help determine the right service for your needs.
